Sharing a link on Snapchat, step by step
Take a Snap and open the Link tool

The "Link" icon (paperclip) lets you attach a URL. Take a photo or a video, then in the toolbar on the right, tap the "Link" icon (the paperclip).
Type or paste the URL

Type or paste the URL, then confirm the result. Type the "website address" (or paste it from the clipboard), then select the suggested result.
The link is added to the Snap

The link becomes a thumbnail; then send your Snap. The link appears as a "thumbnail" on your Snap. Position it, then send the Snap to your friends or to your Story.
Good to know
Your Snap now contains a "clickable link": your friends can swipe up (or tap) to open the page. Handy for sharing an article, a shop or a profile.
